Every church is different. Some have choirs, and some don't. Some use stage lights, and some don't. We know that visiting a new church can sometimes be uncomfortable, so we want to answer some questions people commonly have.
We have a mix of songs during our services. We will sing some of the older hymns of the faith, but we'll also sing some new worship songs that you might hear on the radio. Our praise team uses piano, guitars, and drums, but we enjoy worship no matter what style. Our main concern is that we lift Jesus up and worship him.
Our pastor preaches from the English Standard Version, but you are welcome to bring the Bible you have! If you don't have a Bible, we furnish some in the pews and put the verses on the screen. If you need a Bible, just ask! We'd love to give you one!
This is probably one of the biggest concerns people have. The short answer: whatever you'd like. We're not stuck on wardrobe issues. You'll find people in jeans, shorts, pants, and dresses. Sometimes you'll see a suit or tie. Don't think you don't have 'church clothes'. Just come as you are. We can't wait to meet you!
Whether you've been in church your whole life, just trying it out, or coming back, we want to make sure you leave challenged to apply God's Word in your life. Our pastor preaches messages that are biblically-based, yet aimed to give practical guidance for daily living.
We have childcare for children from birth through 4 years old. Our caring volunteers will make sure your kids are loved on and protected while you are in worship. If you prefer to have your little ones in worship with you, we understand.
